The experience was not at all good...The bus Timing was 7:30pm but the bus came by 8:45 pm. They had our contact numbers as well but I wonder why they did not inform as about the delay. I asked for the blankets thrice they said they are providing it in some time but eventually they never gave a single Blanket. It was a horrible journey as it was long and very uncomfortable

Very bad journey mumbai to udaipur with yr bus (driver ,conductor) Conductor and driver using bad language 12 passenger in driver's cabin 20 passenger in gallery
