It's a very good and cooperative transport service. I enjoyed my traveling They gave a 500ml packaged drinking water and I guess everyone generally carry their own drinking water so it's sufficient. The bus from inside was very clean, the odour was good and was able to enjoy a movie since they have a LED in the bus Overall It was great travelling with them. Do give it a try with Shrinath Travel Agency for your future travelling.

Highly dissatisfied with the bus journey. Pathetic and highly rude driver and conductor. Bus was uncomfortable. In name of blanket they give you towels. They have AC but no heater in buses. Non sense. We shivered the entire night and these cruel people did not even stopped the bus for using toilets.

Worst experience travelling from Surat to Udaipur. In more then 12 hours Journey only 1 stop for 20 min. Driver was so rude. While asked him to stop for washroom atleast started arguments and then stop on middle of the road to do washroom. Children's and Ladies were travelling too. How stupid to keep this kind of driver who doesn't understand the travellers feeling.
