WORST BUS SERVICE by HANS TRAVELS, NEVER TRAVEL BY HANS TRAVELSnI am traveling by booking HANS TRAVELS through Abhi bus from ujjain to Bhusawal with ticket PNR number 215673320, and I am in the bus from ujjain to Bhusawal right now.nI am totally angry as the time given to me was 5.30 pm from ujjain and the bus moved at 5.15 from the starting point 15 minutes before,I somehow managed to catch the bus and the staff talked to me in a very bad manner,then after reaching indore where I had to change the bus as per your terms ,the bus from indore to Bhusawal was expected to arrive at 9.30 on ,arrived at 11.10 pm and the bus condition is so bad and the seats are torn with bugs in it,also the seats are making sound along with the engine,and the suspension is very very bad,this was the first time I booked HANS TRAVEL through Abhi bus and got the worst experience from HANS TRAVELS end.

Very hotch potch place, the staff members are not supporting in nature specially those women sitting on the counter of parcel submission area. The ticket counter didn't gave me change as I asked very bad experience I didn't expect that.nAlthough you are the leading passenger transport service but you didn't respect your passangers.

It was good, bus started slow and took lot of tym in pune itself also long breaks. After reaching indore they shifted to other bus which was going to ujjain so it was bit time consuming and hectic if you have lot of luggage with you... overall it was ok.

Pathetic service. Bus get cancelled in last moment.
