Worst service. You cant even imagine how many problems i faced with them. I booked ticket form indore to jabalpur and bus timing was 8.30. I was waiting on star Square for them since 8.00 and bus came at 11.50 pm. Late more then 3 hours. And normally indore to jbp journey takes 10 hours but shrinath bus reached at 5.30 pm. More then 17 hrs bc.nTalking about bus conditions so it was the real khatara bus. Bc sarkari bus bhi isse acchi hoti h. So dont use this travels service.

Worst and pathetic experience...please do not prepre b this bus online.They make customer fool and delayed the bus by filling their bus with on the spot customer from whom they get money..and ignore the prebook customer till the last bus arrived..through the call they keep telling that bus will arrive and sudden their no get switched off..Do not go with this bus.

Bad experiencentime ki value na ho to hi bus se jao...My reporting time is 9pm but bus come boarding station 10:45 pm. No one provide proper response ......Uske bad bi ujjain m 1hours or rokh k late kiya...nBakwas bus....Bus kam loading truck jyda lag rahi ti..ud83dude20ud83dude20

Bad experience. Booked ticket from indore to biaora.n1) ticket cost 650/ for normal sleeper. Other bus services cost the same amount for AC sleeper.n2) departure time from indore was supposed to be at (as per tucket) 7:30 pm and arrival at biaora was 12:50 pm. But the bus not even cross Indore city till 10:00 pm, and again halted at Dewas till 11:30 pm.nnFinally at 11: 30 pm they adjust me in other bus and I reach my destination at 2:30 am.

Worst experience ever i had taken this bus first time and they provided me back seat then due to some problem they provided me front seat then they had taken that seat from me and i have to go by standing dont take this bus ever
