Wrost Service By Such a Travle Agency No Covid Prequation ,Bus Is fully Loaded no Social Distancing , Bus Opertor Loudly talks with Passengers and Wrost Travle Agency ever... Do Not Book Bus From Such Travle Agency.

Worst experience ever. No proper waiting area and refreshment rooms at the agency. Worst behaviour of driver and khalasi. None of charging point was working. The journey of 9.30 hrs completed in 12.00 hrs, without any reason they were making unexpected delay. My bus number was RJ 27...7979

Everything is good but a washroom should be available or they must stop the bus at an appropriate place. Best quality buses and all on time

Extremely Pathetic and worst bus service from Pune to Udaipur.Pickup time was 12.46pm bus came at 2.00pm, Space in sleepers was very less legs falling out, luggage not allowed to be kept in luggage space rather they were filling cargo and had to keep all in cabin, dirty mattresses and covers, all the way passengers sleeping in corridor, ETA at udaipur was 7.30am but the bus reached at 11am.DONT EVEN THINK OF BOARDING THIS BUS
