Intercity Travels

- Just worst ever experiencen- At gate, 25 liter water was hanged, so path was somewhat blocked,n- Bus reached at pick up point 50 minutes late,n- No contact number was available of Ahmedabad,n- Contact numbers received were out of service,n- Red bus giving me illogical reason that bus comes from Rajkot,n- Driver saying that entry does not get opened that is why gets late,n- Narrow seats,n- Emergency exit was blocked by several goods boxes,n- Driver was going opposite way for some repairing,n- Indore reaching time was 8.00 and finally reached at 2:30 pm,n- Ticket fare was sky touching,n- Would never use redbus,n- Would never go from Intercity,

- unwanted stopage of bus at any location cause 2hours bus late to reach indore.n- unwanted wasteage of time by bus driver and operatorn- totally irresponsible behaviour by bus operators for passengers timings and there health.n- None of there staff members were wearing mask.n- No response from the bus operators.n- they take full amount but didn't value the time and health and money of passengers.n- if your time is important for then this bus service is not for you..because they delay.

this travel agency cheated me. It gave me time 9:30 PM at boarding place jabalpur and when i reached before that time then its operator not response on call. and he say to me bus also left on 8:30 PM.nthey did not give me any prior information about time changing.nI want my money.nticket booked jabalpur to indore 23 july 2020.

Poor bus service.....AC is not working,my dropping point is changed without informing me...and please don't believe in this photos the inner quality of bus is very poor..., bus is not on time...and money they take is not worth it....

The bus is quite good. The space provided is also very good. For a person heighted 5'9 it's really difficult to find a sleeper bus with comfortable space . I could manage to sleep very nice and also they provided the basic amenities which was really nice. The time they have mentioned to reach the destination is correct they do let you reach by time
