I travelled last year in Hans travels from Jaipur to indore and it was a comfortable and pleasant ride. I boarded from Hans travels office near Civil lines metro station and then after few minutes I slept and the next moment when I woke up Bus was entering Indore, the ride was full of comfort. It took about 11 hrs from Jaipur to Indore and they dropped me up.

Hans travels is one of the popular bus services in Bhopal!nThey are okay okay in terms of customer service, buses from imside aren't up to the mark, sometimes you would to see torn seats which is bit weardnOverall they are just fine!
