We have travelled from Udaipur to Jaisalmer, there was no hygiene in the sleeper seats, worst experience ever. very cheap crowd. we had paid 1200 per seat but it was total waste no value for money. no sanitization. It felt like they are the reason for Covid increased cases in the state.

( WARNING ) 😡😡😡 THEY DO NOT FOLLOW COVID GUIDELINES No sanitizer was provided at all , bus seats were not sanitized , sleeping cabins were very dirty , staff dose not listen to any complaint , We even found a half burned cigarette in the cabin , Really overpacked seats some people just slept on the floor , Staff is not wearing mask 😡 😡😡

The boss of this place is a very aggressive screaming guy who just wants to scam you! Don’t argue with him, just go to the police then he will change his tone. We bought a bus ticket in town and were told to come here, because there is a free shuttle from this place to the big bus stop. When we arrived, we were first told the shuttle is free (like it was supposed to be), but when the boss came it was first 50R and after we didn’t want to pay it was suddenly 150R. That’s when we left to find a police officer.

I have been travelling for 5 years in one of its bus so I'm the right person to rate it, staff is quite calm and well behaved, listen from you and resolve your issues quickly, provides better services on price same as others
