Thank you, thank you !! The fine members of the fire department responded to a cardiac arrest at the Hyatt hotel downtown. Fast, Profesional and life savers. No words can express how thankful we are that a life was saved. Thank you !! Stay safe.

An employee of theirs, Matt Shaffer, uses incredibly offensive and racist slurs. He claims he “loves the kkk”. Action needs to be taken immediately! I do not feel safe.

The most wonderful group of people that are Truly Only Here To Help You!! They may not have a break to even eat or sleep.Could be 98 or 10 below zero,noon or 4am regardless your gonna get performance and care and they only want to make sure everyone reaches a safe space and all is ok!So if you see them at work step out of the way and maybe take em a cup of coffee or a bottle of water maybe say appreciate it!!If your every out and you need some help go in any fire station in this city and know your safe and help is right in front of you!

I had to be rescued from the second floor during a fire. They literally saved my life.
