My experience was not great but nice. My wife was pregnant and I wanted smooth ride of around 170km. Cab was not well maintained, could have been better, it was sanitised though. The cab driver is very professional, on time and very kind as well. He tried his best to give us comfortable ride. Drove very slowly and carefully. So my rating is only for driver.

We booked a car with BUDGET CABS on 15nd of September. I asked them very specifically about the sanatization protocol and everything. They told me that they are following all the protocols very strictly. The car which we received was so unhygienic. It was definitely not sanatized. There were foot impression on the seat. It was stinky at the same time. I strongly suggest not to use Savari specially in COVID time if you’re looking for proper hygiene and trying to avoid normal public cabs. Major disappointment!

They gave really good experience. They sent a clean and hygienic cab with a extremely polite driver. It is absolutely safe as well, as we were only females in the cab and felt no insecurities while our ride. Totally satisfied ud83dude4cud83cudffd

Service is good. Car that was alloted was in proper condition and Driver Shadab was very polite and professional.
