One star is minimum but she deserves zero.nnMy mother tried physiotherapist Mangla Deshpande's pain clinic post total knee replacement.nnA physiotherapist is supposed to be sympathetic and show empathy towards patient’s pain and help them recover using their skills.nTo our utter dismay and surprise Mangla Deshpande has no such qualities, in fact she is crass and disrespectful towards her patients. She treats her patients as if they are ignorant and unlettered with complete disregard to their needs and pain.nnHer clinic also leaves a lot to be desired, the contraptions she calls exercise equipment are obsolete and dangerous and could cause more harm than good. Her patients receive no personal attention while using these equipment nor do they receive any written guidelines on how to use them or a treatment plan.nnIt’s only matter of time before someone gets hurt while using them resulting in serious injury or permanent disability.nnOn the second day of her exercise my mum slipped on one of the machines hurting herself, instead of comforting her and checking the injury, Mangla Deshpande told her to go home and cry. Luckily her injury did not harm her knee, but the way Mangla Deshpande behaved leaves a lot to be desired.nnIf you really need pain relief and physiotherapy and be treated like a human, avoid Mangla Deshpande and her clinic like the plague.

Dont have manners to talk with Patients(Customer).She is also there for running business.I agree what she says about exercise.But Very very very rude and she should listen what others are saying.We did not went there for listening of her.The problem which we were facing she ignored like the hell.According to me very bad Physiotherapist.

She is the best physiotherapist in town.
