I lost my debit card since last 1 month. I approached to the back regarding the matter but they are not cooperating and saying to contact customer care and customer care says to contact bank. No hope!.

Worst branch ever!! No helping staff, no cooperation, poor facilities, always under maintainance!!!! Either staff is on holiday or their machines are under service!!! They do not hav internet access in bank...if we need to open account we should fill our forms remove prinouts and then gv to them if there is any mistake we shud repeat the process...highly in convienient! I had opened my account 15 days back still there is no passbook nor i hav got my debit card!!! I will highly recommend NOT to prefer this bank if u need quick service!
