Hopeless and worst people without humanity. They made me stand out for almost 1 hour on the road waiting for the bus at night 12 a.m... disgusting! They closed their shutter on my face , they did not allow a chair even outside their travel office and asked me to be inside the shutter till the bus arrives! How can a female be closed behind the shutter! I recommend not to book any travels with them. They lack humanity. There is a question of safety of females!nI would give them zero star or minus if available!
