A Classic example of pure negligence. My friend's father was suffering from COVID, was perfectly fine according to the doctor, although his oxygen levels dropped. We relied on the doctor and the hospital and paid the price. Uncle is no more with us. Now, all we have are the bills. If we are ready to pay whatever they ask, then why this kind of negligence and false confidence. I would not recommend this hospital even with a gun to my head. RIP Uncle.

Very bad Cardiology section. One should not visit if want to keep their relatives alive. Doctors are treating as if they are masters and patients are beggers. Very high ego, does not want to listen to patient. They are forcing patient to go in depression. After visiting I left all hopes Doctor was conveying as if nothing can be done and I should not consult any doctor. Whereas I had only mild Angina attack. Very sorry state of Hospital and Cardiology.

Visited 2 times fortis jaipur, firstly for MRI, they took 5 hours to give MRI report, no one was there for respond to queries, meanwhile OPD Time got over, we had to came back without consultations of doctor. And we came from jhunjhunu to jaipur for the consultation. (approximately 190 kms). second time visited for surgery, then they denied to admit for 3 days, then they asked to take a seprate room for patient. Most important pary is that, there is no one admin officer, There is no such person, so that you can tell your problem, everyone is happy in their fun, nobody cares,

Please dont go there...its my humble request ...I lost my mother... She had a bypass surgery there..Before operation she walked to hospital herself with lots of hope ...and after bypass surgery.. She improved her health within 1 week. Doctors said she will shift to room from icu..she was perfectly ok. She even talk to me and drink soup herself.And the same day evening i got a call from hospital, i rush to the hospital, they said..she got infection and fever...and they hav to put her in ventilator..who is the responsibility for the infection????poor treatment and poor cleaniness facility.They killed my mother ...they worsen situation...they keep my mother in ventilator 38 days with giving hope. The management call again and again for asking""how much money you can pay",we said this is the last penny we hav in our hands given 6.5 lakhs instead of 1.5 lakh package.,money is not a matter but no recovery in patient.now we are helpless . Once money arrive we will pay..To the very next day they declared my mother was no more..And we paid 6.5 lacs...and..i lost my mother.......😭 .the whole experience was horrible. The reason given in death reason by hospital is Septicemia. They allow every one in icu . No cleanliness...pathetic..i lost my mother because of their carelessness.
