I am a dialysis patient. My treatment is continuously going in Haryana Hrudalaya hospital, Jaipur since year 2011 to till now. The hospital is well clean and tidy. Doctors, Dialysis technicians, Nursing staff and Supporting staff are very good. All staffs do their work patiently and responsible. The services is very well. Especially the behaviour of dialysis department incharge Mr. Paras Ram Choudhary is excellent. All dialysis patient's dialysis was performed according to their own suitable time. One of the best hospitals in Jaipur. Our family had a wonderful experience. My mom was operated for Cholelithiasis (GB stone) single 20 mm stone. She was operated one day after admission and discharged the following day. It was a clean surgery under Dr. Saurabh kalia(M.Ch Gastrosurgery from Pgi chandigarh) and Dr. Hitesh Soni . While our brief stay the arrangements of the cleaning staffs, sister, and all the other worker was up to the mark. As my mom is a govt servant she got a super deluxe room package and the total charges which we had to pay was mere ₹25k. Thank you narayana for taking care of my mother in this COVID era.

Narayana Hardulya Hospital Jaipur is Very Good Hospital . My Wife was Treated under Guidance of Oncologist Dr Rohit Swami and He is Great Doctor with Best Experience and Guidance . Treats Patients with Human Center Approach and Very Good in Nature . Always there to Support and Listen to Patients Concern. Hospital Staff is also Great and Putting Sincere Efforts in Making Patients Comfortable and Easy. TPA department is very supportive especially Mr Arun who is always there to help Each Patient with Kind and Supportive Behaviour , Neat and Clean , Great Services and Good Doctors Available for All Treatments. Nurses and Floor Staff is Courteous , Truly a Multi Speciality Hospital with Great Doctors and Staff with Focus of Human Center Approach . Thanks For the Same .

Test report of blood and other test not mailed on our mail ID even requested every time I visited the hospital. I collected the reports myself or by any other mean. It is requested to kindly improve delivery of test reports to mail ID. All over hospital and its services are excellent.
