What kind of Courier service do you provide?nIncorrect tracking details online, no contact number unless we visit your place, no email id.nHow are customers supposed to know their package has been delivered or even has it arrived or not? Who will be responsible if the package is urgent and the concerned is not given information of any kind till they visit your place?nIs providing courier service supposed to mean customers coming to your place just for enquiring or taking their parcel themselves?

This is really disappointing! There is no value for paying courier charges for Air (DTDC Express) if you are not going to open your office on time & put your phone offline. I have been visiting your office for more than 8 times and saw a notice updated on your gate informing that you'll be open on 21-9-2020. However the office still remain closed. Hope your services get better in future!

Worst customer service plus irresponsible service providers. Wonder why they don't even provide a phone number to contact the branch when they don't even call the consignee that they have the item or parcel with them. Had my parcel with them for almost half month without even informing ,and kudos to their tracking site for not being accessible!

Do not ever rely on dtdc specially this place office. No punctuality, no professionalism. They will simply switch off thier phone and close the office. No communication can be made ever.
