Not worthy for even a single Star

One time I stood at the empty counter for 10-15 minutes and had no one approach me. The counter guy saw me but was outside chatting with some people and did not bother to make any enquiry concerning my work there. Of course, I did not know that he worked there. I thought that whoever was working there was in the toilet or having a tea break. So I waited in front of the counter. The ladies opposite the counter too had no clue where the person was. They did not see him outside as their line of sight was away from him. When someone in army uniform came to the counter the guy quickly approached the counter, spoke to him and finished the army man's work. As you can imagine I was worked up about this and I had my say. Why did this incident had to happen? Why Royal Tours and Travels? Why?

Dissatisfied with the employee on the counter, poor registration and lack of responsibility. Also Very poor processing and handling. Only One Good thing is that at least the bus running.
