Jarain Pitcher Plant Lake

This is a very nice place to come by. This is a man made place. Parking is available. Very cozy environment. People around here are very decent in nature. This place is ideal for get-together, parties, ceremonies etc. Not so big lake but okay with that. Surrounding beauty is very beautiful.

Only place in india you get to see pitcher plant.

The name is a bit misleading since there aren't any real pitcher plants there. There is however a large manmade model of one right in the middle of a lake where you can boat.

It's one small lake on the side of the highway.. and easily visible. The most important attraction here was the pitcher plant which trap insects for nutrition..

Few pitcher plants here and there. Generally tourists dont come here! The journey is very picturesque!
