I have regular customer of Great India Roadways ,khurda odisha in there all india transportation far better than other transport of khurda territory I booked several consignment from Delhi,Mumbai,Kolkata,Raipur, Surat, Ahmedabad ,indore ,Punjab, Hariyana,up various places to khurda Best service and khurda office staff are good manner helpful nature also lastly I recommend this transport :

They don’t understand about virtual transactions like Phonepe , Gpay, etc. as per State Govt. Guide line to have all this during this pandemic situation and no mask and social distancing is maintaining, un educated peoples in khordha store ,,

Theres no proper management does know about package stacking locations, searching the parcel for long time in front of customer,, no virtual payment methods, no covid guide lines has followed . , even searching documents for more than 1 hour,,
