xGodavari Dham Temple in Kota is dedicated to Lord Hanuman, which is located on the banks of River Chambal. The temple is visited by thousands of devotees, especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays to attend the special pooja for Lord Hanuman. There is also daily pooja in the temple during early morning and evening. There is special midnight Aarti too held on Tuesdays and Saturdays to pray for the blessing of the deity. There are many smaller idols of various Hindu gods and goddesses also here besides Lord Hanuman like Lord Shiva, Bhairav, and Ganpati. The temple complex covers a larger area, which is mostly open and rocky. The Chambal Aarti takes place near to the riverbed. The ideal time for darshan in the temple is during early morning hours and early evening. It’s glory attracts thousands of devotees every year and people come here to seek blessings.
