The rooms are not worth the price. For basic things also you have to call room service. I mean once we checked in water was not coming. We had to call for getting a towel. We had to call for getting a glass. Food is also overpriced. On any day at this rate Hotel Shelton is far more superior

Very poor service and poor quality rooms. I had a bitter experience here twice. I even made the mistake of suggesting this place to one of my friends and they faced similar issues too. They were kept waiting for the longest and when they urged the staff to hurry up, they were given a shabby, unclean room. Upon requesting for the room to be changed they took forever to attend and resolve the issue. Never recommending this to anyone ever.

We had a family closed party at this venue. It's really beauty memory. During covid times the hotel staff arranged pretty great. Especially hotel staff Prasad did an exceptional job.nEverything went flaw less. Thanks a lot

Old hotel, but maintenance is ok.nRoom was good and linen was fine. The bathroom was ok too.

Very nice hotel.... But the speciality is their crew... Nothing to say about them... Just awesome... Very very cooperative, polite and simple peoples...nnThank you guys keeping good quality
