I am sorry to write this review but its not about a shop but a hospital, where mistakes and carelessness can prove to be fatal. I have been visiting this hospital for last one year and sadly they were not even able to care a urine infection which eventually turned into an even serious problem after almost one year.nnThough Dr Birender Trehan has been very kind, helpfull and professional, the other doctor can not be considered as the same. Rather she acted rude and unprofessionally when i visited her today. Even after telling her that we were taking treatment for almost one year, her behavior was very disappointing. Last time i visited them, the receptionist said that the Slip is valid for seven days but even on the fourth day they stopped entertaining my queries regarding the treatment and i had to visit a specialist for the same. They should be grateful that we are not taking them to court for the medical negligence they have shown during the treatment.nnSo, all in all i would like to let the readers know that numerous hospitals have come up in Mohali where people visit everyday in hope of the right treatment. But most of them are not reliable and should not be visited for serious issues like surgeries, long treatments or sometimes something as simple as a Urine infection.nnJust visit them in emergency and once the patient is stable get them reviewed in professional institutes like thr PGI, GMCH 32 or other big institutes. Because simple cough cold, infections and allergies can lead to serious problems if not treated properly.nnBe very carefull.
