This hospital facility have no respect for working staff. I am not complaining about quality of treatment or services.i am here to tell people about how their staff have to run after for salary..atlast it is hard earned money and during this pandemic situation every earned penny makes sense.nIt's been 6 months now since Dr.Anu was calling ,texting and was requesting for her part of salary and got nothing except false promises.nnLet me tell u a dark fact about these facilities. They charge hell amount of money and don't pay judicially to their staff..nTheir management fails here.

We have visited hospital on 17.06.2020 to take medicine for my 1 year old son..he was suffering from fever.. we told to doctor we are taking baby gesic but fever is still on 102-103..inspite of that doctor has again precribe baby gesic every 6 hours..and also threatening us for covid-19 test.. after taking this fever was still on 103..on second day we went another hospital and they prescribed paracip and fever come down with same day.. I could not understand why Cosmo hospital prescribed baby gestic which we are already given to baby.. hospital has charged for 2 min consultation without checking properly RS. 600.. In covid -19 hospital has only making money and not giving proper treatment..nThis was our worst experience in Cosmo hospital..we will never advise to anyone to go to that kind hospitals..

I took my 9 years old son in emergency at around 6:40 in the morning (after checking the Google reviews).nOne nurse attended us and said she has informed the RMO. But even after repeated calls nobody came to attend my child.nSo I had to immediately leave the hospital and rushed to some other hospital.nIt was such a pathetic experience with 5 star rated Cosmo hospital. Emergency should be treated as EMERGENCY.

This Multi- Specialty Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Tricity. From the doctors to the staff everyone is extremely polite and professional. The environment is clean and the prices are economical. I would recommend Cosmo to all.

I got my Uncle operated here. The services are really good and the Doctors are exceptional, especially Doctor Bains. The environment is clean and the prices are economical. I will recommend Cosmo to all.
