One of the most nicely placed and located Cafe Coffee Day. Being inside Fortis it is a good place to sit and wait when one visits Fortis Hospital to see the patient or for a person who is attending to a patient. The staff is friendly and the it's a neat and clean place to sit and have the regular coffee's and other listed items from their menu.

Staff is very rude ... worse service . Coffee was served in 400 ml of glass and when we asked for straw to drink , the staff very blatantly told plastics are banned . We asked for extra tumbler / cup to share and the staff rudely replied we don’t keep any extra cups . Very untidy too.. lots of mosquitoes and flies
