This palace was established during the reign of Maharaja Bikrama Singh and was built under the supervision of Balbir Singh. Earlier, this palace served as a residence of the royal family. At present, it is resided by the descendants of Maharaja Bikrama Singh. The walls of this edifice are adorned with antique paintings that are appreciated by every onlooker. 'Raj Deori', the entrance, is a heritage building that houses a hospital, known as the Balbir Hospital.
