Ritika is an amazing fitness trainer, more than that she is a wonderful dancer. After struggling with weight issues for a long time, she came as a saviour. I started from a 90.3 kg and after 2 months came down to 83.8, the inch loss even more. Her diet is really interesting and keeps one motivated just because of the variety and thrill and of course makes you lose weight without losing on the taste and nutrition. The exercise part is also diverse, one day there is zumba, then yoga, strength, cardio, it doesn’t let you get bored. And she as a person is very very humble and professional. Keep up the good work Ritika!

Hey Nritika, the best coach Ever. Me n my friend joined bhangra class for a short span of time, but still we have covered lots of songs for practice. The best fun loving environment makes you more positive n boost your energy level. Thanks for giving lots of support at every step. Power packed sessions with our very own Ritika Ji the only certified Zumba Instructor in our entire Kapurthala till date. Her energy and smile makes me feel positive and get the required boost up for workout. Cause she works with her heart, not just mind :)

Great experience! Teachers were super nice and choreography was amazing. We came from USA and needed someone very last minute and got all of our wedding choreography from them and couldn’t be happier. They worked with us even on a very short notice, and gave us their best efforts! Loved learning from Ritika di and would definitely recommend to everyone!! and trust me when i say this, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I was in search for a good fitness instructor for my daughter,and luckily a mass Zumba class was organised in our city....I enrolled my kids and myself for that class ,and just loved it.From then till now we are following Ritika the first ever certified Zumba instructor in Kapurthala.Not only zumba ,we have learnt peppy dance moves,bhangra and personal fitness .I strongly recommend NRITIKA for complete potion of body and mind.
