SPOT ON 48821 Hotel Chitra

Don't go there. Unhygienic condition. No blanket or cover. No soap was given. Not even a light in the room. After asking they took a light bulb from another room and attach to the socket of the room which I booked. If you are going alone or in couple stay sharp and stay aware.

Never book this lodge from OYO. Oyo is compromising the price higher & never giving any ac room. In Oyo it's price is around Rs. 1200/day for non ac room. But actually in lodge it's around Rs. 800 for same room. Now.. About the lodge.. 1. It's not providing complementary breakfast. 2.no one attend at night if you call or ring the bell especially after 9pm. 3. Sanitation system is totally infectious. 4. There are random street dogs entering into lodge now & then. 5. Geyser is not working in every room. 6. No blanket/warmware is being provided. 7. Food cost is higher, whatever the menu-card they give. It's the new price of the restaurant menu downside+ room service tax. Around Rs. 40-50 extra for every dish. 8. Everyday room cleaning service not done by anybody. Please check the room before staying . Broken mirror, broken toilet seat or fresh food particles around towels you may get & they will charge it as damage cost. Only 3/4 rooms are clear to stay without Spider & mosquito.

Restaurant is good and the behavior of the waiter of restaurant is too good. But the hotel is not good. Very poor service. Staffs r very rude behaved. Bad experience

Just ok...not more than that.

Not so good. Poor cleanliness. Rate is not fixed. Actual GST bill also not provided. Food quality average but rate very high.
