Quite pleasant gym, well maintained equipments, good informative trainer . Based on my experience . My fitness goal was fat loss and muscle gain which I have potentially achieved with the help of my self determination & utmost respect to the trainer who helped to achieve what I am today .

There is no punctuality of for opening gym in the morning , no doubt the trainer is good , but the gym open at 7:30am from last 10 days , so that's why I do not give proper time to work out

Its a really good or best gym for fitness...... Trainer.. Facilities are best in the gymn....nWe r so lucky we have Trainer like a farhan chouhan...nnIts really best gym or great fitness for mens and womens

Best gym facility in this town all types of equipments are available specialy ,i personaly realize that trainer is best part of gym , a good cardio session is also include in it , so this is the gym where i improve my fitness level...
