The Mug offers you a place to hang out with your buddies while enjoying sips of your favourite drinks. Food is also good. The only thing that this place lack is comfortable ambiance. Music is too loud and if you happen to sit in the lounge at the back side of restaurant, you may expect webs dangling from the roof and lot of pegions constantly making bird noises. The only way the staff can help you is play some music and believe me its too loud.nnThe rooftop view from open rooftop dining area is pretty excellent although. And as I have already said, food is good.nnSuggestion for restaurant :- you may choose to play songs on lower volume as too loud music discourage conversations which sometimes are pretty important for customers. Also.you can work up on cleanliness a little bit. Considering the current ambiance I can say that stuff is bit overpriced but a little a improvement as mentioned earlier will make people return to your place.

Nice ambience! Decent yet lively place! Affordable rates and friendly staff! Live music events ! Best place to hangout for groups or even cozy for couples!! Awesome food quality and variety available! Well-maintained and hygienic washrooms! Smoking zone available. Great view from the roof-top area. You can make a lot of memories here!

Nice ambiencenHelping and good nature staff.nNeed to increase the liquors brands, very limited booze and other liquors.nRoof top space is good to spend quality time, nice view from over there..nMusic system is great, quality of music played is nice..nSitting space is very limited, need more space to sir with the group of friends..nCrowd is okay, need to update the ambience, sitting arrangements and the interiors.
