Location wise this hotel was a complete disappointment. We were traveling from Mumbai to Delhi by road, and had chosen to do a night stay at Udaipur which was mid way. We really needed a good night sleep, that’s all. So Just went ahead with whatever came up on booking.com. We followed the navigation and to our shock this hotel is located uphill through very very narrow lanes through some temple. Our mid size car was almost stuck since there was hardly place for even a auto rickshaw to move smoothly. We somehow managed to make a turn after being just 500 meters away from exact location of the hotel. It was a horrid experience and I will never recommend anyone to fall prey to such hotels no matter what price they offered. Good luck to all!

Worst experience ever . The hotel is so old and rooms are dirty and they don't look like pictures at all and there is construction going on around it so no lake view available . They don't take any precautions at all in this covide situation the staff doesn't even masks . Rather than this you can stay at zostel . Service are not satisfing as per the prices

Great place to stay ... Helpful and well trained service ... The terrace view is amazing they have everything to keep yourself entertained ... Good place to live but bit expensive and no space for parking and also deep into city with narrow roads.

Great location and friendly staff. Had an awesome time for new years eve at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake. Backpackers is surrounded by some really nice hotels, so if you on a tight budget it's a great alternative to the much pricier hotels around. Note that cars aren't allowed into the area during the day as the roads are narrow so you'll need to get a Tuktuk to the hostel or walk the distance with your luggage, it's not far but the road is bumpy and busy. Overall really enjoyed my stay and made a new friend ud83dude0a
