Very Disappointed!!nI would have gave them minus ratings but this wasn’t possible!nnWe ordered a cake to surprise my mom on her birthday. Neither it was a surprise or the cake we expected it to be.nMy dad waited whole day & contacted the customer service serval times and finally the cake arrived in midnight. The only words I can use to describe the cake is foamy unpleasant.nHow is this company even in business with such a terrible service & the worst quality cakennThe sparkle candles which we ordered along with the cake was not even deliverednnI really feel bad that I choosed ferns and petalsnIt ruined the whole birthday plan and we ended up throwing it straight into the binnnDefinitely not worth the money, will not be ordering again and would not recommend to anyone.
