I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend during second week of March and subsequently paid the price and unfortunately this lockdown was announced and hence it did not happen.nLater now when I approached the store for the pending delivery there’s no response at all, if this is the case how do they serve the customers in future?nEither let them give service for the money taken or repay the amount, if they don’t respond what to think of their mentality..nV poor service
