Ganga Hospital Blood Bank

I don’t think I would like to give even the one star for this facility. The hospital is very disorganized, patient gets admitted for joint replacement 2 days prior to the procedure for preop testing. One would expect that operating physician or assistant will look at preop results prior to taking the patient to OR. Guess what nobody takes the time and They cancel the surgery. If they would take that extra time we could avoid hospital stay and unnecessary expenditure. I don’t think they have any value for patients time. How the doctors time is important for them, likewise patients time is important for them. My brother has visited this doctor at Ganga Hospital , every single time he orders blood tests even though we get the tests done at another facility the day before, xrays- if you already know that the joint needs replacement why does one need X-ray every single time. How is this system going to change? This whole thing has become a business in India - ordering unnecessary tests. I hope with this review I expect hospital administration to bring a positive change.

The dedication of doctors for human body is less...the surgery stitching was very bad...

Very worst staff service here ... Yes ofcourse treatment wise this is the best hospital good experience doctors, we appreciate the way of senior doctors handling guest and patient very well ... but the back office staffs works are pathentic ,After complete our treatment bill done almost waited for 4 hrs for discharge.they telling like summary will come .. I dnt know how long it will take.. after a while I informed to PRO he spoke with GRO and also it will not cleared.. for this above issues they are telling this is new year sir no staffs at all so plz wait .. how hospitals telling like this to guest .. am also a one the big hospitality staff in coimbatore and dnt see such a irritating thing's to guest .. if the managment not taken care of this means they will fail in future.. otherwise good foods,elevator service, Cafeteria and good house keeping

I was consulted to othopadic doctor on 23rd november. Doctor given blood test i paid that blood test 2900INR . Laboutory starff said report will get within 5 days. I told them i cant wait too long and email to me. They told sure they will email but still iam waiting for my blood report.... ? Why so late goibg to 1 month now.
