Excellent hospital.... everyone very kind doctors,staff & cleaner. In my experience my two delivery in Ganga...2009 & 2014. So I feel very happy . Dr. Suma mam very kind& child specialist also very nice. We feel like our home.Thank you so much doctorsud83dude4fud83dude4f

One star is too much for this hospital, no responsibility for staffs, they dnt communicate properly with the doctors, just because of their negligence I suffered for 3 hours with hell lot of pain, costliest hospital with no proper treatment. Worst experience I have ever had. After operation they will not even say how to take care myself, what to eat or not. Such a worst hospital. Please atleast now you need to change the way you ppl work

I had my delivery here few years back. Please be careful before going to this hospital. I had a very bad experience. First of all Suma Natarajan doctor is not at all friendly. Before we could open our mouth she would stare us down. I couldn’t talk to her freely. Next Unfortunately Suma Natarajan doctor was not available during my delivery and so her juniors took care of delivery. However the baby didn’t take feed at all and inspite how much ever we insist the nurses didn’t take care of it. Even the peadiatrician didn’t care much about it and said lets wait. My baby was born mid night and didn’t take feed till the evening. May be because it was Sunday they were so lethargic and after I shouted at them they finally came and took the baby to NICU and asked me to come along. Within 2 mins the nurses came out and said that the baby had seizure and had to be in NICU. I was shocked. If they had taken good care of the baby when we insisted this wouldn’t have happened. Also they Suggested an MRI to be taken for the new born. But MRI was taken without diffusion method and they gave the result saying that the baby is having a thrombosis in brain. But my baby recovered from seizure and was fine and there were no symptoms of thrombosis. The doctors were ready to treat based on the false MRI and none of them found it was a mistake. We decided not to trust these people and bought the MRI to Chennai and they found out it was taken wrongly. It was a complete disaster in that hospital. Because of this my child is suffering from Developmental Delay. My child is under therapy now. Wherever we show my baby’s report the doctors clearly say it’s the mistake of hospital and that they should have been more alert. All of us in our family are suffering because of this. Be careful here.

Wao! Ganga Hospital. Iam proud today because i was consult such great hospital. I have never ever been such great hospital in my life. The doctors specially orthopaedic department they are amazing. Very helpful , very kind, very friendly, if i got a chance to award definitely i will give A*. Even receptionist or any staffs they are amazing. .i was been kerala many hospital but i couldnt get such a great service what i got from your hospital. Your the best staffs. 23rd november i was consult orthopaedic, my mother, and 2 sisters. We all want say thank you for your service. Perfect.

Really very good hospital.Dr Suma natarajan and their doctors are doing a great job.Also I would like to thank the nurse working over there.They are very kind and helping the patients atmost care.
