KMCH City Center Hospital , CITY KIDNEY CENTER, HEART, CHEMOTHERAPHY, PHYSIO&OCCUPATIONAL THERAPHY

Be very very very very careful before you enter this place. The worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. Three days back I visited this place for getting a wound re dressed. The gentleman at the casualty who was identified as a doctor was a person who is really not fit to be by the designation he was addressed. He did not possess even the basic ethics expected from a registered medical practitioner. Just on seeing the wound he gave a lecture for 15 minutes on the types of wounds and then said that my wound is in the fourth stage. Subsequently he said that I need to get admitted immediately. It was 4.37 Pm in the evening. He said you have to get admitted by 5.00 PM and that I may be required to stay in the hospital for 5 days. He further said that he has to get the anesthesiologist to come and give anesthesia before dressing . Further he showed a few pictures of wound on his mobile and tried to create fear in my mind. I don't know how KMCH is availing services of such persons. It appeared to me that the management is also a part of the conspiracy to cheat the public and squeeze money unnecessarily. Having smelt some thing foul I quickly and quietly walked out of the hospital. I went to my regular doctor and got the dressing done after returning from Coimbatore.nTeam KMCH the medical profession is a very noble profession please maintain the ethics, dignity and principles of the profession . Don't take people for a ride. I presume, that is the reason many honest, straight forward , God fearing and good Doctors have left the hospital and joined other places.nStringent action needs to be taken by the MCI and health department against such frauds and fraudulent activities of KMCH.

Thank you to kmch for giving us an excellent service through a great doctor . Dr Emmanuel is very humble and his intentions are to provide a great service and definitely not a money minded.. I personally had a bad experience in a near by hospital.. but after visiting him we are feeling grateful .. I highly recommend

Dr. Stephen was in main kmch medical college and now shifted here..The care, service, and results are the highest level possible.... It's nice to walk, move and live without pain, thank you!! He clarified all my doubts and took his own time explaining everything without rushing. Very professional !

Contacted the hospital for the treatment of common cold. I told the receptionist person that we have tested negative for covid-19, as now in the govt testing process negative results are not informed ( results didn't came after 5 days). She asked our age and told to hold the line. I can hear clearly some person is saying her, if anybody calls you, respond as I don know anything.. y u are responding to them.. whatever they ask, jus say them I don know anything..nnThen she held the call and said me to contact the main hospital.. kmch at sitra..nnI don think the hospital team should respond in such a way.

Doctor and hospital chain is good but general administration is very poor.single telephone line which remains engaged in peak hours like evening extremely busy, hamper getting confirmed appointment
