very poor management. you have walk more to do everything. for each step you have to go to reception. you have to pay fee before consulting to the doctor. the patient attendent may get pressure and become patient. the cost is equal to the best hospital in coimbatore. but, this hospital is not best to collect that much fee. the hospital hired best doctor's and best machinery. not best service.b

Very very bad management... Doctors are good... But nurse.. Are very bad...

The room cleanliness to be improved. Rest rooms to be reworked.nQuality of food could be better.nNurses are perfect. They perform their duties perfectly.nThe lady who is in charge of COVID ward finds arrogant. She behaves as a boss of the ward. Her voice is so high which irritates the patients. Management should teach her how to behave professionally. She is an ultimate irrittaing lady.nBut whatever the flaws are I never mind as The Hindustan hospital has got a Gem to it, Dr.Venkatraman. He is such a polite person and handles patients so patiently and allows them to have a feel of comfortness during the treatment here. Though it is his profession, he has done a GREAT JOB. Best hospital for Lungs and Breathe related Problems.nParticularly Dr.Nagarajan Doing Special care to Patients. Kindness Service .

Restrooms are very dirty and no handwash/sanitizers are available. They charge extra for doctor consultation, scans due to covid19. I have never seen basic cleanliness is maintained throughout the hospital. Have made complaints twice to admin team Nithya but no action has been taken. Worst team, they just loot money from patients.
