I had booked in Aeon connect from Coimbatore to Bangalore, in redbus, message has came from bus operator that the has cancelled due to mechanical issues and money will be refunded, but if I calls to bus operator means he not even attending, nearly 20 to 30 calls I did, he never attended. Such an annoying experience I had with aeon connect yesterday. Please say the operator to attend the call, or please attend the office calls also.

Worst service! they dont even pick the call at the boarding point, what's the point in sharing the number if the person doesn't pick
