This airline is not what it used to be. The staff (mainly the onboard staff) has lost its sheen & courtesy, maybe because of work over load?nThey seem to be tired of smiling all the time & helping out passengers.nHad to remind them a couple of times for a cup of tea, on a recent flight.nI remember I was so impressed by their service a couple of years back.nBut I guess those days are gone.nnFound this review useful? GIVE IT A LIKE to encourage me to keep doing the good work!
