SilkAir Coimbatore Office

In coimbatore office members are very accommodative and helped in checkin and getting boarding pass. But in Bangalore we had very bad time at the time of boarding

This was happened to me a year before. My kid was in India. I was in San Francisco. I booked mine and my wife tickets and wanted to book my kid ticket for one way. I called Singapore airlines customer care and they asked me to contact coimbatore office. I called from morning 9AM IST(8.30PM PST). i told them that i cam calling from US in night. But they said they were busy. Finally i booked my tickets around 3 PM PST. i told them that i am in US timezone. but they didn't bother. Worst customer service.(Even mentality too). That also i booked in second day. First day they asked me to call next day(First day they told their booking person is not available). In Coimbatore Airport also you can see the huge difference to deal with Singapore airlines peoples for handling customers while checking in, because in San Francisco or Singapore airport they always talk nicely and looking to cooperate, but in Coimbatore, they wont smile also. They are not helping customers even if they explained the situation. Why i am writing the review now is, i am looking to book tickets from San Francisco to Coimbatore, seems airlines from Singapore to Coimbatore changed as Scoot, I checked the Silk Air office and saw the reviews. So i am sharing my experience with Single Star.

Great service and friendly staff. They have a tiny place and try to make the best of it. They even pull staff chairs to customers. There is no dedicated parking for that building. So do not drive there yourself, cab it.

They were very helpful and got my luggage left behind in the plane
