Tucked between glittering Lake Pichola and Aravalli Range—Udai Bilas Palace is a heritage hotel, which reveals old world glories. The ornate balconies, intrinsic stone carvings, and figurines enhance the beauty of the place and its scenic splendour, and the private infinity edge pool fascinate honeymoon couples immensely. Among all the palaces in Rajasthan for weddings, Udai Bilas is the best.

The property is really breathtaking!! But they don't serve food in the room. Also they allow pool side party with loud music. So if any person/couple will spend the time during some party people, they will get distrub. I was awaken till 2AM due to party noise. It's better if hotel guys pre inform all these things to guest to avoid any inconvenience.

Udai Bilas Palace is a heritage hotel. It is located on the bank of lake. Truly majestic place you can feel and richness that Maharajas enjoyed. Fantastic property, good swimming pool. This resorts have its own mini zoo with birds. The vintage car collection is also very good. All the cars are also maintained in very good condition. The museum has good collection. It gives a glimpse of royal heritage of Dungarpur. The hotel service is very good, staff is very polite, always ready to help and provide service. Food quality is also very good. The rooms are not having TV, but who needs a TV when you are at so beautiful place!! You can relax near lake, take a boating round. Very good place, will certainly like to visit again.

An excellent experience of hositality in India. If you love things of the past, easily here you can be transported to the ti.es when only few people could afford travelling and so a traveller could enjoy high level hospitality more commonly. You must appreciate the flavour of imperfection to enjoy your stay at Udai Vilas. In your quiet room you'll find every comfort you need up to matches and ashtray, a rarity in these days and age. Staff is courteous enough but never too much! Breakfast was very good, I doubted though marmalade and other jams to be industrial even if placed in glass jars. There's a swimming pool and an amazing view on the pond. Of course all this has a price but the feeling will be that of being a true guest of the padrone di casa.
