Global Village Ooty

For a group stay the place was wonderful. the staff were very good and helpful, Location is good. Food was good : Breakfast: Best Lunch: very good Dinner: can be better. Place is suitable for families too as they take care of the timings that the group don't cause any disturbance to other guests. Note this place is in outskirts (16 km from Ooty main) but nearby villages you can everything u want .

Loved the place! Location is awesome, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in Norway Castle and the views were spectacular.nnFood was made to order. Variety was limited, but it was good. The place is pretty new and some parts are still under construction.nnIts out of Ooty town, so you need your own transport to go around from here.nnTotal value for money.

Nice view of valley. Clean well maintained rooms. Serene atmosphere all around.

I stayed here 2days back. It was a really wonderful stay.nResort staff is very active and supportive.nnThe only problem with this resort is , its on the way to Ooty-coonoor road. its around 12 km from ooty and 15 km from conoor. So if you have your own vehicle then only book this resort otherwise it will be difficult to go anywhere from this resort.
