I visited this salon recently.. I went for my Beauty services and finally i thought to get my hair trim but unexpectedly I got a awesome hairstyle by a guy who attended me..I forgot his name but he was from Karnataka I think..nHe was very gentle too...

I wanted to book a service since yesterday and everytime I call them ,the line says busy..nAlso I don't find any other option to book their services rather than calling them..nnReally tiring.

It's not worth as like you pay in other naturals spa. Before I suggest my style ,the hairstylist rushed to finish his job. My beard was not properly shaped too. I'm totally disappointed by this kotagiri naturals spa branch.

I have been here for haircut and trimming. The service was not so good, The barber took time to crop my hair but the output was totally worse with uneven hairs over my head. Looks like he was practicing with my end.nnDisappointed and not worth for money.
