Very worst front line workers. Very worst services, especially one Mr. Gopi, he behaved rudely and replied for asking the test report. We have taken test for Rs. 12000/-, eventhough their response is very, very poor. Aarthi scan management have to review their centre people at least every six months. They have to evaluate such persons. If management is entertain such persons, they will spoil the image of the centres.nHereafter we will not take any reports from your Thanjavur centre and also inform others about your poor front line workers and Mr.Gopi.

Hopeless Guys in the Reception. I went with my aged parents for ultra sound test and they made us wait for 2 hours just to say that they can't take the test on that day. No proper coordination and also careless. During pandemic, guy in the reception communicating to patients with mask off...Crazy...

1. Either technician or the branch manager was wearing gloves and face mask. In spite of insistence, they did not bother to wear the same.n2. One male technician was drawing blood from me in the morning, who was not given proper training to draw blood. He had punctured my blood vessels.n3. Debit card or credit card was not accepted.
