I think based on the repeated customers and the results, this seems to be gaining popularity & good institution given that this is established since a decent long time. However the wait time is really disturbing and almost everywhere this is getting on trend.nnBased on my recent two visits, the Doctor has been late on both the instances by more than an hour.nnThe receptionists over there insist to come well before time, when you enquire on phone the current status of the token number, while if you reach there on time, they would advise to finish any nearby work and come back. I felt it's a total mismanagement with the aim to show its busy and crowded and make people atleast wait for a minimum of 2 hours per visit. If the doctor is on time and it goes as per the token, it shouldn't taken more than 30 minutes to see the doctor per visit.nnI request the management to take into value the customers time and make their experiences pleasant, if you really care for them.
