We have been visiting doctor jacob since my pet Daffy (the dog) was just one month old. He is the excellent doctor with perfect knowledge of dog and cat health issues......he talks less but talks only quality..... We are very very happy with his medication. We thank a lot to Dr. Jacob Mathew for his excellent service..... N his helper boy kalyan....he too very polite n helpful.

Good Shepherd clinic is the best your pet. Doctor Jacob is a great doctor. The problem is always sorted out immediately. We always came back home with a smile.

I don’t know who gave those five star reviews! Make sure even if it’s an emergency not to visit this doctor! I lost my pet.nHighly commercial, disinterested, grumpy!nCharges EXTREMLY UNREASONABLE RATES!nSpend a few extra bucks on fuel rather than spending a fortune by visiting him!nNOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL GUYS HAVE GIVEN ME FAAR BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN THIS GUY!nDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME AND RISK YOUR DOGS LIFE BY VISITING HIM!0

He doesn’t treat the dog in a smooth way! Handled my pup in a very rough way!! Doesn’t explain anything clearly! The vaccine he used (VANGUARD® PLUS 5 L4 ) costs less than 10$ as he claims that he imported from USA and he charged ₹2100 for vaccination!nUNREASONABLE Rates!!nNot sure if i can rely on him in the time of emergency! As it seems it would cost me the cost of my dog by the time he turns 1 year if i visit him every time I need to get my dog vaccinated!

Very unprofessional and money minded doctor. He should be ashamed of making a business out of this. He'd rather let your pet die than charge you reasonably. In an emergency situation, only a fool would consider taking his/her pet to this inhuman doctor. I sometimes am ashamed of being a human being when I look at such people.
