The worst service in kukatpally branch. Waste of time waste of money. They are not even looking at the cloths and the stains on it. They are simply dipping in comfort and giving them back to customers. They are not reversing the cloth from inside to out side. Not even folding them properly.nnThey are not even opening the folded hands of a full hand shirts. The dirt in the collar remains same while we taking cloths back from them.nnFor just dipping it in water they are taking min 8hrs of time. And the cloths are still wet.nCloths are looking crushed after taking them out from the cover.nnFor that good smell we are giving them 85/- per KG.nnRather giving them its better soaking cloths in surf at our home for an hour and ringing them is better option.

Worst service. No on time delivery. No commitment towards the delivery. I even observed that they are not letting the machines wash or dry the clothes completely. They are switching off the machines before the timer ends and start processing other load.
