One of the worst laundry services. My first experience was itself bad when they didn't showed up on time and made me wait for hours to pick my clothes. Even after this, I still tried one more time today. I requested them to pick my clothes by 3 but they told they will come by 4. And now they are not even responding to my calls, I called them 5 times. They don't care about the customers time and expect us to be at home waiting for them. Absolutely an unprofessional bunch of people. Don't even deserve 1 star.

This is the worst company to trust as they don’t care the customer... I lost my silk Saree which is worth of almost 8000 rupees. I have been waiting for there response from last 2 months and they didn’t call at least once. They always tell our branch manager ( Saidulu) will call from Chandanagar but I didn’t get a call from them as of now.nnI don’t want anyone else to face this situation with these guys as they are emotionally playing with the customers which is not at all right.nnHope everyone understands this and will be careful while keeping your clothes to them.nnMy strongest suggestion is to use any roadside laundry who knows the value of money and how to respect customer.nnThanks!nBharath Babu.
