They will charge u more than promised on website. Its almost 105 for wash and iron. Plus they extra delivery cost. They are fooling people. Plus they delivered my cloths in 8 days.nnAlso I never got a call from their representative for delivery. How can they say call was not answered? This guys just assume things? I had to follow up 4 times, every time their guys would take me on a tour (push the dates)nnAnd theres no mention on their site about the taxes and the delivery charges. They are fooling people by saying they charge 80 per kg. This should be mentioned clearly.nnI would really appreciate if they were honest on things they have put on their website instead of being prompt in responding customer reviews and being rude there

I gave my 10 clothes and 4 bedsheets around March end. I still haven't gotten it. The phone number is switched off, no response in WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional. It's been more than 3 months. No idea about what happened to my clothes.

They don't know how to handle clothes of different fabrics. Especially the dark shades. They use so much of bleach leaving your dark coloured shirts decolored and with white spots at many places making it unusable again. In fact I had to discard three of my favourite branded shirt. Don't you ever give them your dark coloured shirts they will make it white.
