It's hard to find a good painting company and we are glad to have found Chicago based Windy City Painters. They are great people to deal with and fixed drywall water damage in our West Loop apartment quick and flawless. Price was pretty fair and we liked a lot fact that they left place clean after they'd finished their job. Thank you.

We needed drywall repair in several places in our ceiling after having our roof replaced. We got quotes from several contractors, but the precision in Andy's quote, the attention to detail, great reviews, and reasonable price won us over. The work was completed in 1 week and every request was completed perfectly. Andy's guy was friendly, courteous, punctual, and finished all the work with little input from us. I needed ceiling drywall work done after having new lights installed. I got a couple of quotes and contacted Andy. He came out and gave an estimate that was in line with the other quotes I received, but his also included painting the impacted ceiling areas. Done! My job took 2 days and was done really well. I'm very pleased with the results. Andy is easy to communicate with via email and responds quickly. I'll definitely use him again.

I got three quotes for a relatively small job, just painting my building's stairwell (four floors). Modamas was by far the least expensive. John showed up right on time for the walk-through, and again for the actual job. They actually got done ahead of schedule, and did a fantastic job.

Total pros all the way. We hired Andy and his team to paint our exterior front and back steps and porch. Andy came over for a walk through, provided a fair and reasonable quote, then came out and did a fantastic job. Straight shooter, and we couldn't be happier. They also wore a mask, observed Covid precautions, etc. I would work with Andy again in a heartbeat.
