It was a good hospital once upon a time. But now genuinely the quality of service is making a damage to the hospital reputation with ground staff like billing department,insurance department, cleaners and security. They don't have a respect towards the patients and attenders. Talk rudely and and greedy for the tips. I felt very sorry for the hospital management as they failed to balance the management system. When I asked the detailed bill to the insurance department/billing department they denied to give as they said they can't give. If they gave the detailed bill it will more than the bill which they had asked to pay. How ridiculous culture is it everyone can think upon it

Don't know what to say it looks like Service Oriented Hospital only but they will charge same as corporate level only but but less compared to Corporate. But no proper maintenance and no cleanliness in the Out Patients ward. Even though you pay for the services it looks like Government Hospital with worst management who are looking for only money instead of good service as they are charging bit more from the consultation, Medical Tests and Scanning there's no much difference in the price but the way they manage is not professional. Management needs to concentrate more on the above then counting the money please

Good and reasonable consultant fees. Very good hospital for ladies and girlsnnCovid19 : without mask they not going to allow anybody.nnQuality of the Care Process was superb .nnstaff Communication was very politennDoctors are so humblennThe hospital staff are very nice and everyone wear PPE kit and mask.nnWhere ever you go you can find sanitizer bolte to we can sanitizer yourself
